Car tightening wheel bearings are key components in the engine timing system or accessories transmission system. They are mainly used to support the tightening wheels and ensure that the belt (such as timing belts, generator belts) maintain proper tension to prevent the belt from slipping or excessive wear. 1. The principle of tightening wheel bearing

Tension force adjustment: Apply pressure on the tightening wheel through a spring or hydraulic mechanism to keep the belt in a suitable tension state at all times.

2. Installation steps and precautions

1. Preparation before installation

Check whether the bearing rotates flexibly, without any stagnation or abnormal noise.
